Does your free $50,000 life insurance certificate expire soon?

If you apply 31 days before your certificate expires, you will have the opportunity to maintain or even increase your coverage up to $100,000 without having to provide proof of good health!

This exemption also applies to $25,000 in critical illness insurance coverage, if you maintain a minimum of $50,000 in life insurance coverage. You must complete and return the conversion form along with your payment before the above mentioned deadline.

If you wish to apply for additional life insurance or critical illness coverage for yourself or your family, simply complete the Request for Application Form you received and return it along with your Application for Conversion and payment.
